About

Return policy

On custom ‘Made to order’ pieces, Samples and ‘One of a kind’ garments are categorized as final sale, on which we don’t offer a refund. On all Regular ‘Made to order’ items and in general everything other than the above mentioned categories are refundable.

If you experience a hole in the knit on arrival, we offer a refund or the option to have it fixed by our team on our expense.

Please keep in mind that minor mistakes in the knit or irregularities have undergone a quality check to evaluate if it compromises either the overall aesthetic, quality or lifetime of the garment. This is done to avoid unnecessary waste in an industry where production mistakes usually gets discarded instead of fixed. This is done both because of the industry’s lack of reparation facilities, but also because of a consumer culture, where everything must be unmistakable from each other. We aim to show our customers that the narrative and lifetime of the garments have been prioritized.

Shipping

On each garment, it is specified if it is ‘Made to order’ or ‘Ready to ship’. It is also specified when you can expect shipment of your purchase.

Sizes

The sizes range from 1-3, but on request a custom size is possible.

Size 1 (XS-S)

Size 2 (S-M)

Size 3 (M-L)

Manufacturing

Everything is produced in Denmark with yarns sourced within Europe and Scandinavia. We thrive to keep our supply chain as short as possibly, to avoid unnecessary pollution.

The construction and composition of the garments are done with a goal of not mixing materials unless it will extend the product lifetime. We want to keep the materials as pure as possible, to make recycling easier in the future.

Every piece is knitted in shape, which means that we don’t cut into any textiles. The pattern pieces is ready to be sewn, when they come out of the knitting machine. Getting as close to Zero-Waste as possible. We constantly try to come closer to having 0% waste in our production and at the moment, we are working on programming garments, that is ‘Ready to Wear’ when they are done knitting, as shown in the video underneath. Our goal for 2026 is to get our production waste under 1 percent. For more information about this project, click here.
